About Kim

Kim Carper is a proud Colorado Springs native and has excelled as a successful real estate broker in many markets throughout the country for over 25 years. Kim attended Texas Christian University on a full basketball scholarship majoring in Political Science and Spanish and later earned her Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. 

She began her career in real estate with the Dillard Group in Norman, Oklahoma. A military spouse, Kim moved with her husband to Charleston, South Carolina as a broker specializing in historical homes and beachfront property. She returned with her family to Colorado Springs in 2003 and has consistently been a top producer in Colorado Springs in all types of residential housing. Kim’s clients always come first and she is consistently praised for making each and every transaction as smooth as possible while exceeding the expectations of her clients. Kim routinely removes the worry of buying and selling in the Colorado Springs area with her gift for negotiation, extensive knowledge, and expansive business relationships.
