I was born and raised in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Iowa on a full basketball scholarship. I worked for city recreation departments in Iowa and Colorado Springs, CO before entering the private sector. In 1991, I entered the mortgage profession and have kept true to the ‘customer for life’ principal since doing business is what fuels my business. I worked with Norwest Bank, American National Bank, Bank at Broadmoor, Adams Mortgage, V.I.P. before joining Peoples.
I’m excited to be a part of a team that uses the most advanced technology available to secure loans quickly at a low cost. By combining the Internet with advanced processing and automated underwriting systems – all in house – we have taken the mystery out of approving and closing a home loan. Our purpose is to make the process as simplistic and non-stressful as possible for our clients, whether they are buying or refinancing.
On a personal note, my wife, Sharon, and I have made Colorado Springs our home since 1973; Our daughter, Kim, and her husband and two kids live here also. I enjoy golfing in our beautiful Colorado weather, attending Air Force Falcon football games and mostly, hanging out with my grandsons!
